Payment hits Moneries but not CMS

If the payment hits Moneries but does not hit CMS, immediately open a ticket in the help desk and report the CID, amount of charge, and a summary of the steps taken by the driver that caused this to happen.
 
To fix, enter the payment in CMS as auto pay and in place of credit card number enter the authorization code from Moneries to make sure it matches your dailies.
