Cannot hear inbound calls on Sparrow (Windows 10)

With Sparrow open:
 
Right click your taskbar and start Task Manager.
 
 
Right click "Sparrow (32 bit)" and click "Properties".
 
 
Under the "Compatibility" tab, make sure "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" is checked and choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)".
 
 
Apply, OK. Restart Sparrow.
