Cannot hear inbound calls on Sparrow (Windows 7)

With Sparrow open:
Right click your taskbar and start Task Manager.
Under the "Applications" tab, right click the Sparrow logo and click "Go To Process".
Right click "AMS.exe *32" and click "Properties".
Under the "Compatibility" tab, make sure "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" is checked and choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)".
Apply, OK. Restart Sparrow.
